DC Resturant Week is almost here! January Restaurant Week in 2011 will be from January 17th through January 23rd

This blog is primarily for me to keep track of where I’ve eaten, what I’ve made, and my rambling thoughts of what’s I’ve shoved down my gullet. I also have a not so secret goal to eat at every restaurant that’s on the 2008 Washingtonian’s 100 Best Restaurant’s List, every place that sells cupcakes, and every food truck in the DC metropolitan area. Unfortunately my wallet and my cholesterol levels won’t allow me to eat at them at a pace that I would like, so they are all on my food bucket list.

I also like to travel as much as my wallet and work will let me, so I’m hoping that all those pictures of various foods I’ve taken will also show up here.

Please feel free to suggest places to visit. I love food and will try anything once.
